The Pennsylvania Boiler Inspection Program enforces standards governing the installation, operation and closure of boilers. Inspections are performed by Pennsylvania Boiler Section inspectors and by special (insurance company) inspectors commissioned by Pennsylvania to perform these boiler inspections.
